To guarantee a reservation, we need your credit card information (your card will only be charged in the event you do not show or cancel).

General Hotel Policies and Rules

Check out time is 12 noon. Check in time is 2 pm. All guests must register at reception at time of check in. Visitors not registered at the hotel's front desk are not allowed in the hotel room at any time.

If there are any extra persons in the room, hotel guest is responsible for paying additional cost.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform front desk 24 hours in advance.

If you have any valuables (jewellery, money, laptops, passports, tickets, etc.) please use our security box.

La Casa Sol is no held responsible for any personal property lost or damaged.

Smoking permitted only in outdoor areas

The playing of musical instruments, loud radios, TV's or loud parties is prohibited. No pets or ice chests are allowed in the rooms.

Other than in designated suites, no cooking is allowed in the rooms or on balconies. Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be paid for by the guest.

The management reserves the right to terminate the lodging contract of guests if any of the above regulations are violated. In such case, no refund will be given, and you will be liable for any additional damages to the room or furniture.

Hotel Reservations

Please make your reservation through our on line registration form. After receiving you're your registration form and pre payment of the hotel deposit we will confirm your reservation. Please note that reserving a double room the name of the person who is sharing the room should be noted on the form. For groups and stays over 15 days ask for special requirements.

Hotel Deposit

To guarantee you hotel reservation, we require a deposit or a credit card detail. The deposit will be credited to your final hotel bill when checking out.

Alterations and Cancellations of Hotel Rooms

Alterations or cancellations of room reservations must be made in writing or by e-mail to Casa Sol at info@lacasasol.com

Cancellation Policy

If you require to cancel or to change something in the reservation, please make it by fax, phone or e-mail. For this, it takes into account our following formalities: Cancellation prior to 72 hours 100% no penalties, reimbursement to the client. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours, will invoice to 50% of charge of one night stay. Cancellation between 24 and 0 hours, invoiced the full payment of one night stay.

How to Cancel your Reservation

Hotel reservations may be cancelled by calling or e-mailing the hotel directly. In either case, it is your responsibility to obtain, note and retain (for your records) a cancellation number. The cancellation number is your insurance against erroneous billings. We hope that this information will help to minimize unnecessary charges.
